Hitachi Energy High Voltage Switchgear Company Limited, Beijing was a joint venture established in December 1995 to produce high voltage switchgears to meet the growing demand for high quality switchgear in power transmission and various industries.
The joint venture has adopted advanced technology and production equipment transferred from Hitachi Energy's Research and Development Center; located in Sweden, America, Italy and Switzerland, design, manufacturing high voltage switchgear, surge arresters and cable accessories products; provide self-produced products, sales, after-sales service, technical consulting and technical services. The product series are as follows:
- 72.5kV - 1100kV SF6 high voltage Live Tank Circuit Breakers
- 110kV - 800kV SF6 Dead Tank Circuit Breakers
- 72.5kV - 245kV Hybrids Switchgear Module
- 6kV-220kV Cable Accessories
Up to now, the joint venture has grown into a company with more than 280 employees and come to be a major supplier of high voltage power installations in the fields of energy, petrochemical, metallurgy, railway, transportation communications industries and architecture in China.
The joint venture has already successfully obtained the ISO 9001 certification of the international quality system, has passed the 14001 certification of the environmental management system . Hitachi Energy High Voltage Switchgear Company Limited, Beijing has obtained the confirmation certificate of foreign-invested advanced technology enterprise issued by Beijing Municipal Commission of Foreign Economic Cooperation and Trade, the certificate of foreign-invested high-tech enterprise issued by Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the certificate of trustworthy enterprise issued by Beijing Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce, and also obtained the national green factory certification.
