Release of IED Connectivity Package version 2.3.0.0 for Relion® 650 series

A new revision of the IED Connectivity Package for the Relion® 650 series has been released. The designation of this IED Connectivity Package is 2.3.0.0.
The following feature has been included in the new revision for Relion® 650 series version 2.2:
Communication security using TLS 1.2
Communication will use TLS version 1.2 for communication security when this Connectivity Package is used together with:
- PCM600 version 2.9 with Hotfix 20181219 or newer
- A Relion 650 series version 2.2 (or newer) that is supporting TLS version 1.2
Otherwise, TLS version 1.0 will be used for communications security.
