7. You will perform self-service analytics and targeted detection activities based on prior cases, including analyses of expenses, procurement, third parties and other risk areas when investigation demand permits. Develop reusable tests, indicators, and investigative methods that improve early detection and investigation efficiency.
8. You will support Internal Audit assignments as agreed when no OSI investigations are ongoing, while remaining fully available for reassignment to investigations at short notice.
9. You will maintain high-quality investigation files, contribute to consistent methodologies and templates, share lessons learned, coach colleagues, and continuously develop expertise in investigations, forensic accounting, analytics and relevant legal and professional requirements.
10. You will provide timely updates to the Forensic Audit Manager, OSI investigator and other authorized stakeholders. Communicate significant developments, evidence gaps, delays and constraints, and promptly escalate urgent legal, regulatory, financial, safety or reputational matters through the agreed channels.
11. You will follow solid-line reporting to the Head of Internal Audit and functional reporting to the Head of OSI.
12. You will implement joint governance between Internal Audit and OSI for target setting, performance management, case allocation, availability and capacity management, and competence and career development.
13. You will recognize that OSI owns and leads investigations; the forensic audit team performs investigative work under the agreed mandate and case governance.
14. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
