Business Process Quality Specialist Professional

How you’ll make an impact

1.You will support the implementation and continuous improvement of the BU HV Integrated Management System (IMS), with main focus on certification activities.
2.You will lead and coordinate IMS certification topics, with strong focus on China multisite requirements and global alignment.
3.You will ensure alignment between global QMS standards and local implementations, including audit readiness and execution.
4.You will drive Business Process Quality improvements, especially in the early value chain (Marketing & Sales).
5.You will support internal and external audits and ensure effective follow-up of findings.
6.You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within QMM and strengthen integration of Quality and HSE.
7.You will support local factory (CNTHB) QMS activities.
8.You will drive HUB NAS quality culture development (lesson learned, quality training, quality awareness, quality award, etc.).

9.You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

1.A master’s degree or above.

2.Ability to communicate fluently and effectively in both English and Mandarin.

3.More than 5 years related experience in quality management system

4.Strong quality management theory and methodology background is plus.

5.Good communication skill to different stakeholders(internal & external, local & global) and drive continuous improvement from QMS view.

6.Result-orientated and strong ownership.
