How you’ll make an impact 1.You will lead the project team, establish the project execution approach, and oversee project hand-over, execution planning, monitoring, and control activities for both internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals. 2.You will effectively monitor and control project progress and efficient resource utilization. 3.You will monitor and control project financials, oversee project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow. 4.You will identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risks, and ensure that all opportunities are identified and pursued. 5.You will drive the formal acceptance of the project, ensure contract close-out, and obtain its acknowledgment by the customer. 6.You will procure all required services, materials, and equipment from external and internal suppliers, including support in negotiations, claims, and project changes. 7.You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 8.You will act as the key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues. 9.As an Experienced Professional (P2), you will apply practical knowledge of the job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. You may be required to demonstrate the following proficiency: 10.You will work independently with general supervision. 11.You will handle problems that are difficult but typically not complex. 12.You may influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices. 13.You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. 14.Living Hitachi Energy's core values safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. Your background 1.Bachelor’s degree or above. 2.Familiarity with order handling processes and basic business operations. 3.Good knowledge of ERP/SAP and office software. 4.Strong sense of responsibility and careful attention to detail. 5.Good communication and coordination skills. 6.Good English communication skills, both written and spoken. 7.Proficient in system operation and daily office software applications. 8.PMP qualified is preferred. 9.Relevant experience in order handling/Project management, customer service is preferred. 10.Experience using ERP, SAP, or similar business systems is an advantage.
