Job Title: R&D Engineer – India Development CenterThe Opportunity:

You will be part of a dynamic engineering team that develops innovative tools, platforms, and infrastructure solutions for the Substation Automation Service business. In this role, you will work on modern web and cloud technologies, contribute to digital transformation initiatives, and collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your Background:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech/BE) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Computer Science Engineering (CSE), or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in software development using Azure Cloud, React.js, and .NET Core.
• Strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications.
• Experience working with GitHub Copilot and familiarity with AI-assisted software development practices and modern software engineering methodologies.
• Good understanding of cloud-native application development, REST APIs, and microservices-based architectures.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in desktop application development is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and secure software development practices will be considered a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, learning mindset, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with global stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
