How you'll make an impact

• Lead and coordinate internal projects focused on product and process optimization in the high-voltage bushings segment

• Analyze existing designs and manufacturing processes with a focus on efficiency, quality, and cost

• Identify areas for improvement and implement corresponding measures

• Collaborate closely with design, manufacturing, quality, and other departments

• Prepare technical documentation, monitor progress, and regularly report to management

• Support the industrialization of new technologies and materials

Your background

• Completed technical degree (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar) or equivalent qualification

• Professional experience in managing technical (internal) development or improvement projects

• Solid mechanical knowledge, ideally in the field of electrical insulators or high-voltage components

• Experience with Lean methods, Six Sigma, or similar improvement approaches is a plus

• Structured, solution-oriented working style and strong communication skills

• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
