Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services.  Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How you’ll make an impact

1. You will acquires basic understanding of customers’ common products, technologies and process.

2. You will be responsible for development of various application distribution transformer pre-order and tender designs in coordination with the Market and Sales Strategy to meet the market needs.

3. You will participate in the internal and external design concept reviews, DFMEA and design development procedure applied on special application products.

4. You will be coordinating production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability.

5. You will apply knowledge of relevant processes and tools to deliver agreed results within set deadlines; Reports processes and tools inefficiencies and suggests improvements ideas.

6. You will document and handles technical risks by following mitigation guidelines and will escalate potential new risks to management.

7. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelor’s degree.

2. Strong teamwork capability , familiar with Windows OFFICE application, AutoCAD.

3. Proficiency in business level in verbal and written English.
