The opportunity

Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services.  Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.
 
Nearly half of our white-collar workforce comprises employees in engineering and scientific fields. How you’ll make an impact

1. You will process govt approvals for large investment projects and coordinate internal and external meetings including room setup, materials and catering, prepare meeting agenda/minutes and follow up on action items.

2. You will manage and maintain executives schedule, appointments and travel arrangements also organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.

3. You will provide general support to visitors and clients.

4. You will draft and distribute memos, emails, reports and other official documents also process expense reports for the executives.

5. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelor’s degree in Adm or Commerce is preferred.

2. Required with 2+ years of administrative support experience.

3. Familiar with office software such as MS Teams, MS office 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).

4. Strong time management and ability to prioritize multi tasks.

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

6. Excellent verbal and written communications skill in both English and Chinese.
