The Opportunity :
Hitachi Energy is hiring a Senior Service Sales Engineer to drive growth across the region by shaping and executing service sales strategies. You will promote a strong portfolio across High Voltage, Transformer, and Substation Services, delivering value-driven solutions to customers.

How you will make an impact
Drive service sales and business development across key markets such as Utilities, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, EPCs, and Industrial sectors.
Identify and pursue new opportunities, leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
Build strong customer relationships by understanding business drivers and aligning solutions with long-term goals.
Analyze installed base to identify growth opportunities, support lifecycle extension, and promote upgrades, digitalization, and circular economy initiatives.
Develop and execute strategic account plans, including revenue targets, growth priorities, and executive engagement.
Present a comprehensive service portfolio covering installation, commissioning, maintenance, upgrades, retrofit, and digital services.
Monitor market trends and represent the organization in customer engagements and industry forums.
Achieve sales targets, support pricing strategy decisions, and maintain accurate pipeline forecasting using internal tools.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background :
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
5–7 years of experience in service sales, with strong customer relationship skills.
Good understanding of Hitachi Energy systems and products.
Experience within the energy sector.
Strong commercial, technical, and negotiation capabilities.
Ability to work independently with a strategic, results-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Emirati nationals preferred.
Willingness to travel across assigned countries as needed.
Oman/GCC driving license preferred.
