How you’ll make an impact

  • You will support the Factory SCM on assigned tasks related to yearly budgets (spend, cost reduction, payment terms etc.) for your factory in line with HUB Supply Chain Manager and respective category strategies also support and implement HUB sourcing strategy in the factory by providing input (complementing P&F) to factory requirements to the RfQ and margin improvement processes.

  • You will support Planning & Fulfillment team in the ERP data management under SCM responsibilities (ex: supplier OTD, supplier contract details, allocation plan, prices, lead time, MOQ, incoterms, payment terms.), align and deliver targets with focus on safety, quality, timely delivery and cost.

  • You will support material price and terms & conditions control throughout the value chain (from tender, ERP master data and oversees invoices control rules (tolerances, etc.) and measure gaps tender/actuals jointly with controlling, further investigate on root causes and take adequate corrective/preventive measures.

  • You will support tender material costing and run tender specific negotiations where applicable, also support for SCM activities related to order (sales order) execution by planning, assigning and executing tasks to secure availability and optimum costs.

  • You will align and deliver targets with focus on safety, quality, timely delivery and cost, work closely with other functions to initiate, promote and support projects execution in order to bring value on total cost of ownership, risk mitigation, quality, cash, lead time, material availability and implementation of material cost reduction and risk mitigation projects.

  • You will act promptly on issues escalated according to escalation matrix and support for factory cost reduction, cost avoidance, claim recovery reporting and SCM performance tracking, conduct supplier’s and contractor's qualification according to procedures and regulations.   

  • You will conduct Supplier Performance Evaluations (SPE), support factory sourcing strategies and perform risk assessments and quality & sustainability improvement also plan and assign audits for SCM & Supply Quality & P&F team, new supplier development plan and implementation in line with PPAP with SQE team and conduct benchmarking with other factories.

  • You will support SCM related local activities for R&D, DTV, New Product Introduction, product cost improvement project, support technology transfer projects and other agreed improvement measures. Support make vs buy studies and run SCM implementation of material cost reduction and risk mitigation projects.

  • You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree: finance, supply chain, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering,
    production management or similar.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain management or operation management.

  • Experience from transformers or automotive industry is a plus.

  • Proven skills in negotiation and contract management.

  • Knowledge in manufacturing electrical steel, cores, insulation kits, insulation boards, bushings, tap
    changers and other transformer accessories is a plus.

  • Good understanding in ISO standards, UN ́s 17 Sustainable Development Goals, EcoVadis, REACH,
    RoHS, FMEA, PPAP and Conflict Minerals.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
