QA Inspection Technician for Winding and Active Part workshop_Power Transformer Factory
The opportunity:
Ensuring the quality of assigned production processes and coordinaing in resolving quality issues in a timely manner, meeting production schedules while maintaining quality standards.
How do you make impact:
Perform quality inspection and monitoring at Winding and Active Part processes.
Incoming material inspection
- Check incoming materials according to QIC cards.
- Verify compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
In-process manufacturing:
- Inspect winding processes.
- Inspect coils during and after pressing completion.
- Inspect Active Part core assembly according to QIC cards and drawings.
- Verify basic process parameters.
- Perform 100% inspection when required for special cases.
Prepare inspection reports, including status updates and identified issues.
Coordinate NCR (Non-Conformance Report) handling to ensure timely and effective resolution.
Use appropriate technical tools and measuring equipment to inspect and analyze product conditions.
Comply with company safety regulations and safety requirements at assigned production areas.
Your background:
- Graduate from a vocational school or college with a major in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of transformers and power systems.
- Ability to use inspection and measuring tools and equipment.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in teams.
- Willing to conduct inspections outside normal working hours, including weekends.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Proficient in computer usage for work purposes (Windows 11, Microsoft Office, CAD, etc.).
