The opportunity
You will join a collaborative engineering team working on high‑performance semiconductor devices. In this master thesis, you will explore the feasibility of a new dynamic test at die level and contribute to a project with real industrial relevance. You will learn from experienced engineers, gain hands‑on insight into advanced testing technologies, and influence future production workflows.
