Main Accountabilities and Duties:
1. 负责高压断路器出厂前的各项试验工作，包括机械特性试验、电气性能试验、绝缘试验等。
You will perform various factory tests on high-voltage circuit breakers, including mechanical characteristic tests, electrical performance tests, insulation tests, etc.
2. 严格按照试验标准（如GB、IEC等）和操作规程执行试验任务，确保数据准确可靠。
You will strictly follow test standards (e.g., GB, IEC) and operating procedures to ensure accurate and reliable test data.
3. 操作与维护试验设备（如高压试验台、机械特性测试仪、局放仪等），确保设备状态良好。
You will operate and maintain test equipment (e.g., high-voltage test benches, mechanical characteristic testers, partial discharge detectors) to ensure good working condition.
4. 记录试验数据，编制试验报告，及时反馈试验过程中的异常情况。
You will record test data, prepare test reports, and promptly report any abnormalities during testing.
5. 协助分析试验问题，配合相关部门进行产品优化与改进。
You will assist in analyzing test issues and collaborate with other departments for product optimization and improvement.
6. 遵守安全生产规范，保持试验现场整洁有序。
You will adhere to safety production regulations and maintain a clean and orderly test environment.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
1. 基本条件 / Basic Requirements
· 大专及以上学历，电气工程、高电压技术、机电一体化等相关专业优先。
College diploma or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering, High-Voltage Technology, Mechatronics, or related fields.
· 年龄20-30岁，身体健康，能适应试验现场工作环境。
Aged 20-30, in good health, able to adapt to the test site working environment.
· 1年以上高压电器试验或相关经验（优秀应届生可考虑）。
At least 1 year of experience in high-voltage electrical testing or related field (exceptional fresh graduates may be considered).
2. 专业知识与技能 / Professional Knowledge & Skills
· 熟悉高压断路器结构、原理及试验标准（如GB/T 11022、GB 1984等）。
Familiar with the structure, principles, and test standards of high-voltage circuit breakers (e.g., GB/T 11022, GB 1984).
· 能独立操作常用高压试验设备，具备基本故障排查能力。
Capable of independently operating common high-voltage test equipment with basic troubleshooting skills.
· 了解电气安全规程，持有高压电工证或相关证书者优先。
Knowledge of electrical safety regulations; possession of a high-voltage electrician certificate or related qualifications is preferred.
· 具备基本数据处理能力，能使用办公软件编制试验报告。
Basic data processing skills and ability to use office software for test report preparation.
