Main Accountabilities and Duties
主要职责
1. You will Attend the morning and weekly meetings of the corresponding product line team, promote quality case studies and training on operation methods (Lesson learn);
2. You will Collaborate with white-collar workers in the corresponding product line to collect updated requirements for quality tracking cards and quality inspection plans；
3. You will Conduct daily inspections, quality control, and feedback on quality issues according to production and inspection plans, promptly stop operations that do not comply with quality regulations, and supervise the executing department to carry out operations according to requirements;
4. You will Participate in periodic process record inspections and Track the effective implementation of rectification items;
5. You will Assist white-collar workers in the corresponding product line with necessary work and quality improvement projects
1. 参加对应产品线班组晨会、周会，宣贯质量案例与作业方法培训（Lesson learn）；
2. 与对应产品线的白领协同，收集质量跟踪卡与质量检验计划的更新需求；
3. 按照生产计划与检验计划做日常巡检，质量控制，质量问题反馈，及时制止不合质量规程作业并督促执行部门按照要求进行作业；
4. 参加周期性工艺记录检查，跟踪整改项有效落实；
5. 协助对应产品线白领的必要工作与质量改进项目.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience
任职要求
1. College degree or above, major in mechanical/electrical related fields;
2. More than 3 years of experience in high-voltage/medium voltage product technology, quality inspection/testing, service, and production team management, with knowledge of high-voltage power equipment;
3. Sense of responsibility, patience, organizational and coordination skills, and language communication abilities, with the ability and willingness to learn quickly;
4. High execution ability, able to adapt to multitasking and constantly changing priorities;
5. Proficient in using office automation software;
6. High voltage combination electrical equipment background priority（GIS）.
1. 大专及以上，机械/电气相关专业；
2. 3年以上高压/中压产品工艺、质量检查/检测、服务、生产班组管理相关经验，了解高压电力设备；
3. 责任心，耐心，组织协调能力及语言沟通能力，有快速学习的能力和意愿；
4. 执行力高，能够适应多任务和不断变化的优先级；
5. 熟练使用办公自动化软件；
6. 高压组合电器背景优先。
