Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. How you’ll make an impact

1. You will be responsible for writing, updating and training method provision, for project drawing review (including internal and external customers); for Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis and Process Special Characteristics of project drawing, for design and preparation of tooling and molds.

2. You will handle the issues related with the drawing, production process and quality during manufacturing in production group, handling of non-conforming products and customer complaints: disposal measures or solutions, cause analysis, corrective and preventive measures.

3. You will in the quotation stage of external customer, check and confirm production capacity and provide technical support, propose and implement quality improvement projects and continuous improvement projects.

4. You will evaluate machine capacity, propose and implement capital expenditure investment, optimize production layout, process flow, production standards and equipment to improve safety, quality, and productivity, and reduce operational costs.

5. You will work closely with global process experts to promote development and application of new processes, materials, and equipment.

6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. Bachelor’s degree and above in Mechanical Engineering majors.

2. Minimum 3 years of work experience in production process of mechanical manufacturing industry or woodworking industry.

3. Familiar with making the drawing with AutoCAD and 3D software.

4. CET-4 or above, proficient in both spoken and written English.

5. Good communication skills and team collaboration.
