Product Application Engineer

How you’ll make an impact

1. You will support the introduction of new cable accessory products and the development of product lines, driving technological innovation and product upgrades.

2. You will find out the technical requirements of the customers, provide appropriate technical solutions. Issue and finish correct technical specifications & drawings on time.

3. You will respond sales solution & engineering design for export project and lead changes in localized products and materials with PPAP process, providing technical support to optimize costs and evaluate second-source suppliers.

4. You will assist in resolving technical issues in product applications to enhance customer satisfaction.

5. You will collaborate with R&D, production, and quality departments to drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from design to manufacturing.

6. You will manage key internal projects within the Engineering Department, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a master’s degree or above in Electrical engineering or insulation material related field.

2. At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the electrical power system.

3. Familiarity with the design and manufacturing processes of cable accessory products or other power system products.

4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of teamwork.

5. Possessing project management skills is preferable.

6. Fluent in English writing & speaking.
