The Opportunity
We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill the role of Sales Manager at our High Voltage Business Unit in Dubai, UAE.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead business development activities, such as responding to opportunities, preparing materials for client presentations and pitches, and taking part in marketing activities
Responsible for account planning and sales strategies and hunt for new accounts and expand client base in financial industry.
Collaborate with pre-sales and professional services teams to develop total solutions to meet customer needs.
Bid management and proposal generation for sales opportunities.
Develops required client relationships in order to build client trust and gain deeper insight to client situations, needs, and internal situations, with the intent of developing mutually beneficial long-term client relationships.
Establish and maintain all level of strong client relationship.
Understand client businesses and offer sound solution / products that translates to profitable business development opportunities.
Work with Product Managers and Product Owners to create product roadmap.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
You should have 10 years of professional work experience in GIS or EPC or any High voltage electrical product sales & tendering.
Experience and skill to prepare and support Offer / quotation Process.
Experienced in Sales / tendering tools (Any Sales / tendering tools).
Knowledge of Power Grid Market & System offerings.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English.
