Join our Grid Connection Services team and play a key role in projects that drive innovation and sustainability in the energy sector. As Back-office Support, you will ensure smooth operations by managing processes, while collaborating with service engineers and project teams.
This position offers variety and impact: you’ll work closely with different roles, contribute to process improvements, and support initiatives that enhance efficiency and quality. Coordinate and manage multiple administrative tasks while keeping records accurate and up to date.
Ensure precision in documentation, data entry, and compliance across all processes.
Act as a key point of contact, fostering clear and professional communication with internal teams and external partners.
Take initiative to solve administrative challenges and provide proactive support to service engineers.
Handle department orders and oversee equipment calibration, including supplier coordination and certificate tracking.
Support spare parts management and maintain quality documentation for smooth operations.
Organize training sessions for team members and assist with project control and data updates.
Contribute to process improvements and provide backup support for other administrative functions.
“Formación Profesional” education related to accountability / finance
2 years of similar work experience
SAP knowledge as user
English and Spanish (fluent, written and spoken)
