We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Engineering Platforms team.

In this role, your primary task will be a detailed investigation of new releases adoption process among our internal customers. We want to understand how we could improve adoption rate in global engineering and manufacturing environment. You will provide feedback to global development teams for enabling technical solution improvement as well as to management for driving change in business processes. You will be part of a global team working on engineering platforms and act as a strategic partner to Global Product Groups, ensuring that initiatives align with organizational goals.

How you will make an impact

  • Collaborating with Engineering teams globally to capture and analyze release adoption process.
  • Understanding the roadblocks, risks and proposing mitigation actions.
  • Translating business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Supporting backlog refinement, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition.
  • Preparing documentation, including business requirement documents, functional specifications, business cases, and reports.
  • Supporting cooperation between business stakeholders and development teams.
  • Ensuring timely updates and follow-ups on pending or incomplete demand items.
  • Cooperating with Quality Assurance to provide insights and recommendations for project and operational backlogs.
  • Making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.

Your background

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within software or digital product teams.
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirements elicitation techniques.
  • Proven experience in translating business needs into user stories or functional requirements for development teams.
  • Solid understanding of fundamental programming principles.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence, SQL, Data Warehouses, Data Integration, Big Data solutions, and stream processing.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with modern project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Azure DevOps, Agile, Scrum).
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders in a complex, highly international environment.
