SAP Regression Test Manager

The opportunity:

SAP Product Development & Technology Solution & Service work involves understanding business requirements and defining the scope and objectives for SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application solutions integrated with business processes, data, and IT infrastructure (i.e., an "application system"), while leveraging emerging SAP technologies to enhance system capabilities and drive innovation in enterprise solutions, including: Designing solutions and making recommendations for improvements to business processes that can be achieved through SAP module(s). Building, testing and deploying effective technical solutions to ERP. Developing detailed specifications and validating the SAP solutions with business stakeholders. Ensuring consistency with standard and custom functionality, and maintainability over time.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Responsible for keeping the Test strategy updated for Regression.
• Responsible for all regression testing activity throughout the implementation cycle.
• Will develop test plan schedules for the team and manage testing activities within Regression period
• Reporting at all stages of testing during test cycles and after testing has been completed
• Responsible for coordinating impact analysis on each release with Solution Architect and Project managers.
• Decide on and implement appropriate tooling to support testing. Could include Test Automation tools and procedures.
• Work with technical teams to support release calendar and system refresh timelines
• Contribute to defining and implementing automated regression testing.
• Communication to various levels of stakeholder for regression scope, timelines, preparation, and execution.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

• Qualification into bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• 7+ years' work experience on Test Management in SAP S4/HANA.
• Minimum 2 years of Successful project implementation for SAP S/4HANA.
• Should have experience in SAP Test Manager and testing through the complete lifecycle of the ERP delivery, ensuring appropriate test scenarios across the key stages of the programmer.
• Ability to generate innovative ideas, challenge the status quo, take risks, support change and foster innovation.
• Fluent English language and good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with business and IT stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile Methodology/ Agile/ DevOps
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in SAP S/4HANA, TOGAF, Automation testing (Work soft Certify, Tricentis Tosca).
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with global template in multinational company and industry standard for SAP S/4HANA testing, understanding its unique challenges and requirements
• A proactive approach to innovation, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and drive continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
