Assistant to General Manager Service Switzerland 80-100% (f/m/d)

The opportunity
 

Hitachi Energy is a global leader in power technologies, committed to advancing a sustainable energy future for all. Our Local Service Unit in Switzerland plays a vital role in delivering high-quality services to our customers. We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the General Manager and ensure smooth operations across the team.
 

How you'll make an impact

  • Manage the General Manager’s calendar, schedule and prepare management meetings, and write protocols

  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft 365 tools

  • Maintain files and structured documentation system

  • Support planning and execution of internal meetings, workshops, and events

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication

  • Assist with travel arrangement, expense reporting and cost center controlling and management of small projects

  • Contribute to office efficiency by managing supplies, and variety of administrative processes

Your background

  • Proven experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant in a corporate environment

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); SharePoint experience is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (B2/C1 level)

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines

  • Flexibility and a proactive mindset
