The opportunity
Hitachi Energy is a global leader in power technologies, committed to advancing a sustainable energy future for all. Our Local Service Unit in Switzerland plays a vital role in delivering high-quality services to our customers. We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the General Manager and ensure smooth operations across the team.
How you'll make an impact
Manage the General Manager’s calendar, schedule and prepare management meetings, and write protocols
Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft 365 tools
Maintain files and structured documentation system
Support planning and execution of internal meetings, workshops, and events
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication
Assist with travel arrangement, expense reporting and cost center controlling and management of small projects
Contribute to office efficiency by managing supplies, and variety of administrative processes
Your background
Proven experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant in a corporate environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); SharePoint experience is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in German and English (B2/C1 level)
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
Flexibility and a proactive mindset
