Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

The opportunity

Manufacturing Quality Assurance work includes defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for manufactured material, component, or product. Building and maintaining the infrastructure and systems necessary to consistently ensure the timely delivery of quality products. Auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards. Reporting and troubleshooting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods An Entry Professional (P1) applies broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education. May require the following proficiency: Work is closely supervised. Problems faced are not typically difficult or complex. Explains facts, policies and practices related to job area.

How you’ll make an impact:

• You will be leading team to solve process quality issues, performing audit process and setting up quality control parameters on ECS/ DPS.

• You will be creating control plan, contributing to PFMEA and participating in quality improvement activities.

• You will be coordinating with global product support and TC to evaluate deviation / concession, solving quality issues which happen at Customer site and managing a group of technician team. 

• You will be supporting SQE/ IQC to define key quality criteria to control and performing / designing the test to evaluate product deviation.

• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

• You hold a university, preferably mechanical engineering.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in QC/QA.

• Good knowledge & skills as problem solving (8D/DMAIC / Fishbone diagram), data analysis, ISO 9001: 2015, Lead auditor, PFMEA, Lean six-sigma.

• Able to read/ understand mechanical drawing, use CMM / Microscope and other measuring devices.

• Excellent English communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
