The opportunity
Are you passionate about Real Estate operations and Data Management? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Business Analyst & Lease Management Specialist to join our team. In this hybrid position, you will play a key part in managing the data of our portfolio, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting lease administration processes.
You will work closely with internal Real Estate teams and external partners to maintain and enhance the data in our real Estate data systems, particularly Archibus. Your contributions will help streamline operations, improve data quality, and support strategic decision-making across the division.
How you’ll make an impact
Ensuring portfolio data quality and accuracy in Archibus, while mastering its functionalities
Collaborating with the Real Estate team to collect accurate data
Coordinating with and monitoring our external vendor responsible for lease abstraction. Managing leases and improving abstraction processes
Conducting training sessions for Archibus and the lease abstraction tool
Reporting bugs and testing fixes
Raising POs and verifying invoices
Preparing presentation decks, analyses, reports. and strategic planning. Creating Teams and SharePoint sites
Supporting the efficient collection, analysis, and reporting of data for sustainability activities and managing time effectively
Collaborating with Real Estate and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security
Assisting in any tasks deemed necessary for the efficient running of the division
Your background
Proven experience in data management and lease administration
Knowledge of Real Estate in a corporate Real Estate function or Real Estate organization
Understanding lease terms, real estate portfolio structure and property data
Knowlege of a real estate data management system
Excellent proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, SharePoint
As part of a global business, you will be an effective communicator, able to collaborate with people from around the world
Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions
Accurate and detail oriented
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Hitachi Energy Real Estate function provides strategic leadership and is responsible for all Hitachi Energy Real Estate activities around the world. We act as a privileged business partner and drive Hitachi Energy’s performance through the Real Estate solutions we provide to the business.
Within this function, the Global Portfolio Management division drives the portfolio, optimizes the Real Estate cost, builds the Real Estate strategy, and mitigates risks related to Real Estate. We are dedicated to leveraging data-driven insights to enhance overall portfolio performance. We work with teams in approximately 30 countries and 8 Real Estate regions.
The Global Portfolio Management division also addresses the sustainability topics related to Real Estate, with the Business Units and Hitachi Energy Sustainability teams.
