The opportunity Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services.  Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.   Nearly half of our white-collar workforce comprises employees in engineering and scientific fields. How you’ll make an impact 1. You will provide high-level administrative support to the sales support manager and do support in administrative work related to the sales team. 2. You will prepare presentations, reports, and internal communications, also support planning and execution of leadership meetings, workshops, and global events. 3. You will liaise with internal stakeholders across functions and geographies. 4. You will handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. 5. You will drive efficiency and organization in day-to-day operations. 6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. 7. You hold a bachelor's degree. 2. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in a global, fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 4. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); other languages are a plus. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel). 6. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines. 7. High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. 8. Experience in energy, consulting, or technology sectors is an advantage.
