Production line manager

You will be responsible for production line assembly and with good people handling skill and willing to work with blue collar to implement the production strategy. 2. You will ensure work and safety rules are followed as well as established routines and company policies. 3. You will establish production schedules and priorities and ensure all work is performed to a specific assembly order and work closely with IE to improve the safety, working quality and efficiency. 4. You will work closely with Logistics, Incoming Quality Control and Engineering to solve the quality problem, create and maintain the open, creative communicating environment, training and staff development. 5. You will have to make the whole production line process of the command and control, to ensure the continuity of production operations, loading leveling. 6. You will guide, supervise and inspect the work of the product line, master working conditions and relevant data, weekly analyze and gemba kaizen, by assisting department manager to carry out energy management, and put forward energy saving management plan for energy consumption in business area.   7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. 8. You hold a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer. 2. At least 5 years experience in manufacturing field with electrical product knowledge, HV is preferred. 3. Good planning and leadership, good problem solving skill. 4. Have a certain understanding and contact with the related energy consumption equipment in the department, and have a strong awareness of energy saving.  5. Good knowledge in MS Office, SAP. 6. Proficiency in business level in verbal and written English.
