The opportunity:

This role involves managing or performing work across multiple areas of an organization’s overall IT Platform/Infrastructure including analysis, development, and administration of IT Systems Software, Hardware, and Databases.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the applications platform to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Collaborates with IS Service Managers, Application Manager, Solution Architect and Specialists to estimate the effort for IS solution/services development, change requests and releases.  Is responsible for entire requirements management process. Ensure that the final solution meets business objectives and adds to the bottom line.
  • Provide support and training to end-users, helping them leverage the platform effectively.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions in line with organizational guidelines and policies.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in process intelligence, data engineering, and technologies, proposing and implementing best practices to improve the overall application architecture.
  • Provides guidance or support to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice without carrying line responsibility. 
  • For assigned tasks, executes all actions in IT processes according to agreed RACIS specification.

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Overall 8+ years of experience with minimum of 5 years of experience in managing application / platforms.
  • Experience in IT service management (ITSM) practices, including incidents, problem, and change management. Experience in IT Applications Management and Service Delivery in multinational companies.
  • Proven experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data integration tools, experience in ETL process, and process mining methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and engage with cross-functional stakeholders at various levels, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
