How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Design power transformers in line with IEEE standards and customer specifications.
  • Prepare general arrangement drawings and bills of materials to meet project timelines.
  • Develop active parts and windings within factory guidelines and technical checklists.
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver application-specific transformer designs.
  • Participate in internal design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with factory teams to ensure designs are optimized for manufacturing.
  • Support cross-functional engineering activities and knowledge sharing.
  • Build strong working relationships across departments and geographies
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in transformer mechanical design.
  • Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling tools (e.g., Creo).
  • Familiarity with IEEE standards and transformer layout principles.
  • Understanding of electrical clearances and lead arrangements.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
