How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Support development and production by building and refining transformer tank components.
  • Create and update detailed drawings using drafting and GD&T principles.
  • Collaborate with electrical and mechanical teams on insulation and external designs.
  • Run transformer tank design programs and ensure accurate execution.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and monitor procurement of long-lead materials.
  • Participate in daily Gemba meetings to drive continuous improvement.
  • Compile and analyze technical data to support production decisions.
  • Mentor junior technicians and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing.

Your Background
  • High school diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience, or
  • Associate degree in engineering or related field with 3+ years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design and drafting principles.
  • Experience with transformer tank design is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to moderately complex technical challenges.
  • Comfortable working in varied environments and schedules.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
