The opportunity:
This role is responsible for driving the successful implementation and leading post-implementation phases of Powershop across BU PGTR and Hub APMEA factories. The position ensures smooth onboarding, strong adoption, effective issue resolution, and continuous improvement. The role serves as the single point of contact for all factories and leads future expansion phases of the platform.
How you’ll make an impact:
Lead end-to-end implementation and post-go-live support of the Powershop eCommerce platform across multiple factories.
Collaborate with HUB Sales Operations, BU CPQ, IT, and factory teams to onboard new factories, products, and customers.
Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption and minimize resistance. Capture, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Support and coordinate SIT and UAT to ensure business requirements are met. Deliver training sessions, develop user guides, and provide hands-on support during go-live.
Act as the primary contact for factories for all Powershop-related queries, support, and escalations. Track platform usage, gather feedback, and ensure adoption targets are achieved.
Coordinate with AMS and IT teams to resolve incidents and drive enhancements. Lead future rollout phases including additional customers, products, and advanced capabilities.
Ensure effective communication between stakeholders and alignment across global teams. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Minimum 10+ years of experience in the transformers industry or related products with strong exposure to B2B eCommerce platforms, CPQ solutions, or digital sales enablement systems.
Proven experience in implementing and managing eCommerce or CPQ platforms in industrial or manufacturing environments.
Strong understanding of sales processes including configuration, quotation, and order management.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC), SAP SD, and CPQ platforms such as Conga. Experience working in Agile delivery models, preferably Scrum.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience in global environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business and IT teams.
Analytical mindset with focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to manage escalations effectively.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required .
