The Opportunity:
Join the Transformers HR team on a 10 -month assignment to support the Business Unit (BU) global functions and Global Product Group (GPG) teams and to get the opportunity to drive value-add people and organization initiatives across Transformers!
This maternity cover role offers a unique chance to lead high-impact HR initiatives, drive business-aligned people strategies, and collaborate with diverse teams. The experience and exposure gained during this period can position you for continued growth in global HR roles or other strategic talent and organizational development functions.
How you will make an impact:
Reporting to the Business Unit Transformers Head of HR, you will:
Serve as a trusted HR partner to global functions and product groups, collaborating closely with local HRBPs to ensure alignment and consistency across regions.
Support the Head of HR in executing the Business Unit’s people and organizational strategy, focusing on culture, leadership, and capability development - leveraging existing HR solutions and co-creating new ones where needed.
Lead strategic HR initiatives across five regional hubs, covering the full HR spectrum including talent and leadership development, organizational effectiveness, diversity & inclusion, workforce planning, and total rewards.
Drive cost optimization efforts, translating business strategy into actionable HR plans and providing frameworks and tools to support execution across the global HR leadership team.
Champion global HR programs and projects, ensuring successful implementation and adoption within the Business Unit.
Design and execute change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and leadership alignment to support transformation efforts.
Deliver data-driven insights, providing regular HR analytics and reporting to support strategic decision-making at the leadership level.
Model our core values, fostering a culture of safety, integrity, and accountability in everything you do.
Your background:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including significant exposure to strategic HR business partnering in a global environment.
Proven ability to translate business goals into HR strategies and deliver impactful solutions.
Strong capability in driving organizational change, including stakeholder engagement and communication planning.
Skilled in HR analytics and using insights to influence business decisions.
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to partner effectively with senior leaders and diverse teams across geographies.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed to support global teams and initiatives.
