Quality Engineer

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Pre-qualify materials and products before installation.
• Conduct inspections and testing in line with Contract Specifications and Quality Control Plans.
• Serve as the primary contact with official laboratories, preparing test samples and verifying compliance.
• Prepare quality assurance economic studies, specifications, and technical reports.
• Coordinate quality initiatives and perform internal audits.
• Investigate technical problems and establish corrective actions.
• Develop and evaluate quality programs and measure quality activities.
• Collaborate with the production team to implement quality improvements.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your Background:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in quality assurance.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Proficiency in PFMEA and Control Plans.
• Familiarity with the 8D Problem-Solving methodology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
