Contract Analyst

The opportunity:

The Contract Analyst is responsible for developing and reviewing EPCs' contracts, ensuring the company’s risks are covered and compliance is maintained. He/she will report to the Team manager of the INOPC Grid Automation Tender Competence Center Manager.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Review, and revise contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, and procurement documents.

• Ensure contracts reflect accurate technical specifications and project deliverables.

• Collaborate with Senior Contract Manager to align contract terms with operational goals.

• Identify and assess contractual risks and ways to mitigate.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards and internal policies and guidelines.

• Monitor contract performance and flag deviations or potential disputes.

• Provide summary on contractual obligations and rights.

• Maintain organized records of all contract documents and amendments.

• Track key milestones, deadlines, and deliverables in conjunction with Project Management Team.

• Prepare reports on contract status, risks, and performance metrics.

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:

• Should have 3–5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the energy or utilities sector.

• Should have familiarity with grid automation technologies (e.g., SCADA, smart meters, substation automation).

• Should have familiarity with AI technologies.

• Should have strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and regulatory compliance.

• Should have excellent analytical and communication skills.
