The opportunity
Hitachi Energy Service is a trusted lifecycle partner, providing customers with secure, sustainable, and innovative service solutions, globally. Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecycle—from start-of-life (e.g., Install & Commission), through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g., Upgrade, Repair & Extend), to end-of-life activities (e.g., Replace & Decommission).
How you’ll make an impact
1. You will do regular customer visit to develop Power Quality service project opportunities, i.e. extension, retrofit, strategic spare parts, support the customer actively and receive customer feedback.
2. You will receive RFQs from end customers or internal customers, register RFQ in SFDC, make an assessment on RFQs, distribute support tasks to internal support team, i.e. technical support/commercial support.
3. You will see maintenance and update project information of service project projects pipeline in the SFDC, improve the high accurate forecast in the SFDC.
4. You will analysis customer RFQs, initial the Risk Review process in cased required, define technical solution, collect technical document and cost information from internal support function team.
5. You will calculate bidding price, define the price strategy and prepare the bidding document and submit to customer, follow up negotiation/clarifications with customer.
6. You will sign the contract with customers and work with the commercial team to register the contract to SAP system, handover contract to project execution team, support project manager with necessary communication with customers during project execution stage.
7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelor and above. Prefer to major in mechanical/electrical engineering and related.
2. Over 5 years sales/sales support experience, and good knowledge about Power Quality products. Preferred with power quality products sales or installation and commissioning experience.
3. Good team player. Like challenges and interested in learning new things/knowledge.
4. Fluent English skills in written, oral and reading. Good communication and presentation skills, customer orientation.
