Facilities Manager

How you'll make an impact

• Supervise daily maintenance and service operations at the assigned site.

• Coordinate internal staff and external vendors to ensure efficient service delivery.

• Implement innovative programs and processes that boost productivity and reduce costs.

• Monitor compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and safety standards (EHS).

• Manage operational budgets and monthly/quarterly reporting.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure service quality.

• Build strong internal client relationships through effective communication.

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and facilities management.

• Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, automation, air quality, and preventive maintenance.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Experience managing multiple vendors and projects.

• Ability to work under pressure and make high-quality decisions.
