We are a business subsidiary with +40 professionals in Romania. As a part of the big global company Hitachi Energy, we can offer you the combination of professional well-known products together with “family” working atmosphere.
Product Specialist work focuses on ensuring that products are meeting customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services and/or solutions, planning, developing, and delivering the marketing strategy for products/services and associated brand(s).
How you'll make an impact:
Analysis of customer specifications for transmission to factories and preparation of offers to meet customer requirements
Request for quotations in Hitachi Energy factories
Negotiation with suppliers/factories (payment terms, delivery terms, prices, guarantees)
Identifying potential risks in quotes
Understanding commercial terms and conditions, Incoterms, etc.
Find technical solutions which are responding to client needs
Preparation of complete technical and commercial proposals using Hitachi Energy products and services, in an efficient and timely manner, depending on the requests for proposals, as well as tender/specification deadlines
Use of internal processes for the generation of Bid Proposals, as well as the storage of all technical data and prices generated during the proposal process.
Support in preparing the analysis of the won/lost orders
Support in updating marketing and proposal databases, systems to optimize the efficiency of bid preparation processes
Collaboration with Customer Support to coordinate orders to the factory
You're background:
University degree in Energy/Power Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience working with High Voltage products
Good knowledge of spoken and written Romanian and English
Good communication skills and strong team spirit
Oriented towards delivering high quality services and results
Self-derived person, structured, with analytical thinking skills
Seriousness and accountability
