Meet our people: Anna Hauschild

My name is Anna Hauschild, and I'm based in beautiful Krakow, Poland. I am the Salesforce Platform Lead at Hitachi Energy, where I oversee one of the most dynamic platforms in our IT ecosystem. My journey with the company began 14 years ago when I was a student working in the Power Grids IT department at ABB, and since then, I’ve had the opportunity to transition through multiple roles, gaining invaluable experience with different applications and projects. I officially joined Hitachi Energy four years ago in the M&S domain, following the Transition Service Agreement (TSA) with ABB, and haven’t looked back since.

As the Salesforce Platform Lead, I manage and optimize this essential platform, which plays a key role in keeping our business running smoothly, building stronger customer relationships, and helping us grow. My job combines hands-on tech skills with a big-picture approach, leading our team to make the most of Salesforce potential in reaching our goals. What I enjoy most is working with our diverse, global team. Every project brings fresh ideas and turns each challenge into a chance to learn, innovate, and grow together.

Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family. We are big on outdoor adventures, biking, and traveling, and we are also huge board game fans - especially chess. For me, chess is not just a game; it is a way to work on my focus, patience, and strategic thinking. It reminds me to learn from my mistakes, a mindset I bring to my work life as well.

Curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning keep me going. In today’s fast-paced world, being adaptable is crucial, and every role offers new ways to grow and connect with others.
