Sales and Marketing Specialist for High Voltage Products (Spain)

How you'll make an impact:

  • To analyze the technical specifications and commercial offer.

  • To request bid quotations to focus factory, compiling information and documentation on time and checking the adequacy to customer requirements.

  • To work out the technical-economic offer including the study of contract terms, with the assistance of the respective departments (contract management, finance, services and others whose participation is necessary) and matching Hitachi’s policies.

  • To participate in meetings to negotiate the possible order & To provide technical assistance in tendering for the role of FES when required.

  • To maintain a close relationship with the FES coordination regarding matters pending or future needs. Also have a strong relationship with the focus factory on the need to get the answer at the right time.

  • To use management tools defined by the BU & To collaborate on the implementation of the strategy.

  • To assist FES functions and Order Handling at the kick-off meeting with the customer, in defining the scope of the order, commencement dates, review of the contractual documentation (technical and commercial), and clarification of payment terms, deadlines and approval of documents.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.

Your Background

  • Degree in Engineering or related fields, preferably with specialization in Electricity.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within the Spanish market, with experience working with utilities or EPC companies.

  • Well‑organized, strong in planning, and able to collaborate and coordinate effectively across teams.

  • User of Microsoft Word and Excel, and internet essential.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

  • Candidate must be resident in Spain.
