How you’ll make an impact

1. You will support Talent Partner for Long list and interview arrangement.

2. You will support Summer Internship Program , Campus Recruitment implementation (CV longlist selection, onboarding communication etc.).

3. You will support employee file archiving.

4. You will support Employee, intern onboarding and separation etc., daily work.

5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

6. Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelor’s degree and above. better in Human Resources.

2. Hands-on experience in word, excel PowerPoint.

3. You will be working at least 4 days or above per week.

4. Good teamwork and service awareness. Patience and kind at work and take action quickly.

5. Good computer skill in Microsoft office Word, Excel or PowerPoint.

6. Interesting in HR field.

7. Good communication and interpersonal skills working under pressure.

8. Good in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Japanese is a plus.
