This internship is a hands‑on opportunity where you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, get exposure to meaningful projects, and see how your work makes a difference from day one.

Help assess and summarise the key impacts of these legislative changes and present clear insights to local HR teams.
Review current local HR policies, identify gaps or risks, and make recommendations for improvements aligned with new legislation (with opportunities to support implementation where possible).
Review existing local HR processes, suggest practical enhancements, and assist with making updates where appropriate.

University degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or Law.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication
Confidence in engaging with colleagues at all levels
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines
Good attention to detail, particularly with data and documentation
