How you’ll make an impact
You will perform installation, configuration, and commissioning of Hitachi hardware and software solutions at client sites and conduct routine preventative maintenance, inspections, and diagnostic checks on equipment to identify and resolve potential issues.
You will support in the troubleshoot and repair complex technical problems, including hardware failures, software glitches, and network connectivity issues also provide on-site technical training and guidance to customers on the proper operation and maintenance of Hitachi products.
You will document all service activities, including detailed problem descriptions, solutions implemented, and parts used, in service reports and escalate unresolved technical issues to higher-level support teams or engineering departments as needed.
You will maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional conduct, effective communication, and timely resolution of service requests and manage and maintain service parts inventory and tools required for on-site support.
You will adhere to all company safety policies and procedures while working at customer locations also collaborate with sales and project teams to ensure seamless project delivery and post-installation support.
You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
You hold a bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Electronics, IT, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in field service, technical support, or a related role, preferably with complex industrial or IT systems.
Strong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting methodologies, Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electronic and mechanical components.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users and demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently to customer sites, also have ability to lift and move equipment as required.
Experience with Hitachi products or similar industrial technologies is a plus.
Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, specific vendor certifications) is desirable.
