Deputy General Manager

How you’ll make an impact

1. You will assist in the implementation and expansion of company projects, also serve as the liaison to ensure business operations are carried out in accordance with BU instructions.

2. You will assist in communication and liaison between product development and global teams.

3. You will support the export sales team in communicating with overseas clients and coordinating client visits.

4. You will act as an advisor to assist the General Manager in daily business operations.

5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelor's degree.

2. Familiar with basic project operation processes, able to assist in promoting project implementation and expansion, with strong executive ability and detail-oriented awareness, ensuring that business activities are carried out in accordance with relevant instructions.

3. Possess certain professional knowledge and industry experience, able to provide reasonable suggestions as an advisor, assist the General Manager in handling daily business, and support the efficient operation of the company.

4. Good team spirit, able to actively cooperate with export sales team, product development team and other departments, take the initiative to undertake work tasks, and complete work objectives together with the team.

5. Strong adaptability to work, able to quickly respond to the needs of different work scenarios (such as client reception, cross-team coordination), with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, and able to complete work tasks efficiently and reliably.

6. Excellent oral and written English skills, proficient in cross-departmental and cross-regional communication, able to effectively coordinate communication between internal teams, global teams and overseas clients, and ensure smooth information transmission.
