The opportunity:
Hitachi Energy, High Voltage Products is implementing Digital solutions to improve efficiency and quality. These are cloud-based solutions that will be used by all manufacturing units within the business unit.
How you’ll make an impact
Provide technical support to clients and internal teams. Handle day to day service requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software systems.
Document and communicate solutions to clients and internal teams.
Maintain and improve a list of standard operating procedures. Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve software bugs.
Ensure software systems are up to date and functioning properly.
Contribute to the product development during testing, release and hyper-care of new functionality as required.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or re lasted field.
4-6 years of experience in technical support or development.
Experience working in application using Net Core, Web API, C#, MS SQL.
Exposure to MuleSoft, SAP, HTML, CSS, and gular will be added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
