How you’ll make an impact
1. You will lead and further develop the export sales business to achieve targeted, profitable growth, define a robust sales growth strategy and ensure effective execution through agreed business development initiatives and regular follow-ups.
2. You will act as a key link between the Joint Venture and Hitachi Energy, strengthening collaboration, communication, and market penetration, will lead, mentor, and develop a small team of sales professionals, ensuring strong performance, motivation, and continuous improvement and coordinate with regional sales team to identify and clearly define the targeted market segments in the different countries and ensure the product portfolio fits the market needs to drive rapid export business growth of the JV.
3. You will collect, consolidate, and communicate market and product requirements to ensure the development of the right products with the right priorities and collaborate with global GPG and JV product management & R&D team to drive effective product development & IEC certification process for the specific requirements of the targeted market and drive both top- and bottom-line performance through regular engagement with regional sales teams.
4. You will set annual sales targets as part of the budget process and align demand/order plans jointly with the regions, ensure accurate sales forecasting and maintain high pipeline quality and discipline also screen and qualify major opportunities with regional teams; actively participate in capture teams for strategic “must win” projects and ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy’s sales governance, risk management, and export compliance standards also monitor sales performance and productivity, identify capability gaps, and support training initiatives to strengthen sales excellence.
5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical field.
2. More than 10 years of professional experience in sales, background in Automation, Communication products and systems.
3. Strong communication and intercultural skills, a collaborative mindset, and excellent organizational abilities.
4. High level of personal commitment, drive, and accountability.
5. Able to travel frequently to different countries as needed.
6. Fluency in Chinese and English (both required).
