How you’ll make an impact

• The success candidate will be the part of an International Design and Engineering Team specialized in Power Transformer design covering different countries.
• Influence specification at the tender and pre-tender stage, through conceptual discussions.
• Responsible to prepare electrical design Quotation meeting factory limitation, guideline, and checklist as per IEEE / IEC /IS standards as per project schedule.
• Responsible for Preparation of Customer documents, Manufacturing documents, Bill of materials etc. as per project schedule.
• Coordinating design activities within a worldwide factories network.
• Participation in internal design concept reviews.
• Demonstrated team building skills and networking skills, would be a preference.
• Ability to speak with and work together with the technical teams in different parts of the world.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• B.E / B. Tech Electrical Engineering.
• 2 to 4 years’ experience working in Electrical design for Distribution oil filled, Dry or Power Transformers manufacturing Industry. Candidates with higher experience also to be considered.
• Understanding of Transformer Electrical Design, Thermal, Dielectrics, Short circuit and sound performance and transformer mechanics.
• Should have good understanding of IS/ IEC /IEEE Standards/ Canadian Standards.
• Experience in Simulation or software development would be advantageous.
• Experience on Microsoft office and tools.
• Ability to speak with and work together with the technical teams in different parts of the world.
• Demonstrated team building skills, would be a preference.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
