Are you ready to lead the charge in shaping the future of energy? Join Hitachi Energy as the Marketing & Sales Lead for our Generator Circuit Breaker (GCB) portfolio in North America. In this pivotal role, you’ll define and drive strategic marketing and sales initiatives that align with global product strategies, while leading a high-performing team across product marketing, area sales, and tendering.

You’ll be at the forefront of innovation, working with cross-functional teams to launch products, execute campaigns, and deliver customer-centric solutions that power industries and communities.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Lead and implement marketing and sales strategies for the GCB portfolio in NAM.
  • Drive demand creation and manage the full sales funnel from opportunity to pricing.
  • Coordinate bids and proposals with technical and commercial precision.
  • Build and maintain senior-level customer relationships.
  • Support complex contract negotiations and ensure risk compliance.
  • Analyze market trends and develop accurate forecasts and business plans.
  • Develop and execute impactful product marketing campaigns.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.

Your Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of technical sales and pricing strategies.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
