Continuous Improvement Process Specialist- Finance

To growing Business Process Excellence team we are looking for talented professional acting as  Continous Impovement Process Specialist.

You will be working as part of the global team in the Common Shared Services (CSS) Finance organization reporting directly to Business Process Exellence Lead based in Krakow, Poland.

It is opportunity to participase in the amazing journey of shaping the catalogue of services of the global team while driving the transformation and change in Finance.

How you will make an impact
  • Drive Process Improvements: Analyze financial processes and data to identify inefficiencies and propose impactful improvements using Lean/Six Sigma tools.

  • Lead & Support Global Projects: Actively participate in and lead global finance-related optimization initiatives, ensuring alignment with project methodology and stakeholder expectations.

  • Facilitate Workshops & Trainings: Design and deliver CI workshops (e.g. value stream mapping, Kaizen) and Lean/Six Sigma trainings tailored to Finance CSS and beyond.

  • Promote CI Culture: Foster a culture of continuous improvement through effective communication, awareness campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Act as Change Agent: Engage with global stakeholders to drive harmonization, standardization, and adoption of CI practices across functions.

  • Empower Internal CI Network: Lead and mentor CI representatives within Finance CSS to enhance collaboration and process ownership.

  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with operational teams and external partners (e.g. factories) to streamline end-to-end processes.

  • Monitor & Report Progress: Track project milestones, manage risks, and ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders.

Your background
  • Education & Experience: University degree in finance, project management, or related field; 3–4 years in a global Shared Services environment, ideally in finance operations.

  • Lean & CI Expertise: knowledge/ training in Lean methodoly, first experience in implementing Lean/CI initiatives - is a plus

  • Project Management Skills: Hands-on experience in managing cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes.

  • Process Understanding: General understanding of finance and accounting processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) and ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs to identify and implement improvements.

  • Communication & Tools: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; proficiency in Business English and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Lean Six Sigma Certification (preferred): Green Belt certification is preferred and valued. Yellow Belt may be acceptable with strong practical experience. If not yet certified, willingness to pursue Green Belt certification is expected and supported.
