For replacement for maternity cover , to keep the high capability of Accounts Receivable team, we are looking for experienced professional to lead the team.

As Team Lead you will lead the Accounts Receivable team, ensuring the complete, accurate, and timely execution of accounting transactions. You will also ensure compliance with internal guidelines and procedures while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

How you will make an impact:

  • Monitor the accurate processing of accounts receivable transactions and oversee the organization and work allocation of team members involved in the process.

  • Supervise account analysis and highlight discrepancies or anomalies for timely correction.

  • Identify, recommend, and support the implementation of best practices to improve efficiency and drive productivity gains.

  • In collaboration with the Accounts Receivable Manager, lead compliance and reporting related to Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) for applicable templates.

  • Oversee specific aspects of the month-end close process within the Accounts Receivable function.

  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members to support their development and performance.

Your background :

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a work field is an advantage.

  • Experience: Minimum 1 years of previous experience in leading or coordinating a team (preferably in Finance Common Shared Services).

  • Soft skills: Well-organized and able to work towards deadlines, ability to create an atmosphere of collaboration and trust, excellent communication skills and ability to engage and motivate team members, efficient, proactive, self-motivated and target driven, readiness to adapt to changing environment

  • Hard skills strrong analytical and problem-solving ability,very good MS Excel knowledge

  • Language skills : Excellent written and spoken skills in English

  • Nice to have: Knowledge of SAP is benefitial.
