C&B Workday Specialist - EU Pay Transparency Project (HR Operations Workstream)

We are looking for a C&B Workday Specialist to join our team as part of the EU Pay Transparency Project, with a specific focus on the HR Operations Workstream. 

You will be part of a dynamic cross-functional team, working on an innovative solution to implement Pay Transparency with all its facets, while directly contributing to the company’s broader strategic goals of enhanced transparency. 

In this role, you will: 

  • Support and contribute to various project tasks. 

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across HR, IT, and external consultancy teams. 

  • Ensure HR Operations systems, processes and practices are aligned with equal pay regulations.  

  • Deliver analytical insights that support the success of our Pay Transparency initiatives. 

This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in shaping the organization’s approach to Pay Transparency, in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, across our Europe region. 

How you will make an impact:

  • System Configuration & Support : Coordination of efforts related to Workday compensation plans configurations, pay components, and global benefits administration

  • Process Design & Improvement : Collaborate with the Project Team to design and improve processes, ensuring standardization and quality execution

  • Data Quality & Controls: Monitor internal controls and data quality, initiate follow-up actions, and derive improvement strategies

  • Analytics & Reporting : Ensure proper technical solutions in Workday and vendor tools are implemented for the analysis of compensation fairness. Support reporting on gender pay gaps, bonuses, and benefits disparities. Develop and maintain reports including demographic data and compensation changes

  • Training & Coaching:Train delivery teams on new processes and tools, identify skill gaps, and coach teams to mitigate risks

  • Issue Management & Escalation : Act as Tier 2/Tier 3 support, using issue resolution as a driver for change

  • Stakeholder Engagement : Work with HR Operations and Project Teams to ensure alignment and clarity in execution

Your background:

  • Deep expertise in Workday Compensation and Benefits modules including strong grasp of integrations, business process configuration and eligibility rules

  • Proven experience in complex HR process and system landscape 

  • Solid project coordination and documentation skills, with attention to detail and process orientation. 

  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced project environment. 

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence across functions. 

  • Knowledge of EU Pay Transparency Directive and compliance standards would be a plus

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
