• Deliver high-quality transformer designs on time and to spec

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success

• Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement

• Support testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of new tools and systems

• Analyze test failures and lead root cause investigations

• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams

• Mentor and coach junior engineers

• Identify and implement process and product enhancements

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• 3+ years of experience in transformer design or a related field

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Creo (preferred)

• Familiarity with simulation tools (FEA) and programming (SQL, Power BI) is a plus

• Ability to work independently and manage complex projects
